We chose Liberty to sealcoat our parking lot. Fast and neat, very important to myself and my staff. They sealed half the lot at a time; we always had enough room for our guests to park. Liberty had to complete the task at hand on the only two days available. Without a hitch the job was completed and open for business. We have over 100 rooms and are very busy all the time. The parking lot never looked this good, and it’s lasting. Liberty Sealcoat did a wonderful job. Patching and sealcoating our parking lot worked out smashing. Our parking lot is very old but drains well with minimal water retention. We decided to go with Liberty because Derek took so much time with us back and forth. Liberty did propose paving the lot as well as sealcoating to suit our needs. We were thinking about paving, but Derek, the owner, said sealcoating it will prolong the life of the pavement for several more years, and that’s just what we needed.
